free trial class

You can take a free trial class on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 January at 7pm (60 min), Wednesday 18 at 10am (90 min), Saturday 28 at 5pm (60 min) or Monday 30 Jan at 1.15pm. All trial classes are in Italian. To book please send an email to info@yogaincentro.it.

sivananda open class

In the Sivananda tradition all Yoga classes follow the same structure, last 90 minutes and include:

  • Short initial relaxation
  • Pranayama, breathing exercises
  • Sun Salutation, dynamic sequence
  • Asana, yoga postures
  • Deep relaxation (10 minutes)

The practice is very balanced: the spine is exercised in all its possible directions of movement, promoting flexibility and toning all the nerves. The importance given to breathing and relaxation helps to concentrate during the practice of asana. The mind is withdrawn from daily thoughts. One experiences physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and at the end of each class feels energised and at the same time very calm.

yoga & mime (kids course)

The practice of Yoga and the art of Mime together on a fantastic journey to discover nature, our body, our emotions and to stage some of the best known stories from the Indian tradition.

Body and breath awareness, movement, concentration and creativity will take the kids along this extraordinary path.

The course will be taught in Italian.

pregnancy yoga

One can take part in the Hatha 1 Open Classes or, better, in the Yoga for the Back class. However, before starting it is necessary to organise a couple of one-on-one sessions with the teacher to be familiarised with the class adjustments required during pregnancy.
