It therefore works on the Qi (energy) that flows in energy channels called meridians. It is a deep practice that calms the mind and stimulates the connective tissue. By holding the postures in optimal tension, aided by deep breathing and implemented by the VIBRATIONAL SOUND MASSAGE action of the harmonic bells and Planetary Gongs (also during practice), it relaxes all the muscles and eliminates accumulations, re-establishing the flow of energy in the entire organism.
