Marina got into yoga during a trip to Thailand in 2009. After a career of 13 years as an advertising manager in a multinational, she left the corporate world to embark on a deep personal transformation path, which led her to India to study and practice yoga full-time. Over the years she has completed several courses and teacher training seminars, deepening various styles such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Iyengar, Meditation and Pranayama. He also lived and taught for a year in an ashram, immersing himself in the daily practice and study of the yogic traditions. Today he mainly teaches Vinyasa Flow, with a faithful approach to the teachings received and a specific focus on anatomy, alignment and movement awareness. His practice is suitable for all levels, but designed in particular for those who want to deepen and advance their practice. Uses supports (props) as fundamental tools to integrate and structure a solid, safe and complete personal practice. During his lessons – individual, group, in studio or online – he creates a space for listening and discovery, where each practitioner is guided to explore their own body in a progressive, intelligent and respectful way. Marina continues to train regularly through workshops and seminars, to ensure a teaching always updated, deep and calibrated both the collective practice and the individual. With 500 hours of certified training and over 3000 hours of teaching, it offers lessons in Italian and English, adapting itself to the needs of each student.
