Following a structure similar to the Sivananda Open Class, a gentler approach with specific adjustments suited for pregnant women or for those who have a stiffer back and just prefer an easier practice.

For pregnancy and/or any health condition please see your physician before joining a Yoga class.

Please arrive 15 min before your first class so we can explain all the relevant adjustments.
