Nunzia has been practising yoga since 2002.
In 2016, she obtained a three-year diploma in Hatha Yoga from the Efoa School.
In the following years, she attended seminars and specialisations in postural yoga with Francoise Berlette, daughter of André Van Lizbet and head of Efoa.
She is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy at the NGO Asia Darshana, driven by her desire to deepen her knowledge of the therapeutic aspects of yoga.
Nunzia has been teaching Hatha yoga and postural yoga for about 10 years in yoga centres, gyms and through private lessons.
She participates in corporate projects for the prevention of accidents in the workplace and in non-profit initiatives to finance solidarity projects and bring yoga to the world.
