Yin Yoga



Yin yoga is an introspective style of yoga where positions are entered in a slow and gradual way, and held for 3 to 5 minutes. This type of practice does not work on muscles but on connective tissues. It is inspired by the Taoist principle of Yin and Yang, working on the Chinese meridians to favor a good flow of energy.
