We invite you to an evening dedicated to reflection, sound and sharing, enriched by delicacies prepared by Il Carduccio. A moment to meet and gently accompany each other towards the energy of the Christmas period.

4pm – 5.15pm • Tea Ceremony

A meditative ritual to open the evening with calm and awareness, accompanied by sweets prepared by Il Carduccio.

5.30pm – 6.30pm • Sound Bath, Gong & Sharing with Elisa Guerrini

A deep sound immersion to rebalance body and mind, followed by a brief moment of sharing.

18:30 – 19:15 • Appetisers & Non-Alcoholic Christmas Toast

To conclude the evening, a convivial moment with healthy appetisers and a festive non-alcoholic toast, also provided by Il Carduccio restaurant, in an intimate and cosy atmosphere.

Women’s Circle – Celebration of the Harvest and Ancestors 🌾

Have you ever heard of Women’s Circles 🌙
In ancient times, women would gather around a fire or a stove to talk, sew, weave threads and words. It was a way to take care of each other, share what was inside them, and support each other in times of transition.

Today, circles allow us to rediscover that deep and authentic bond between women — a bond that has faded but can bring us back to feeling united, understood and no longer alone.
It is a way to break free from the logic of competition and rediscover trust, listening and presence.

The circle on 31st October will be dedicated to the harvest and to our ancestors, in the time of transition between the living and the dead, the saints and memories.
A moment to look at what we have gathered so far, to recognise the gifts received from those who came before us, and to thank the female and male line from which we come.
A gathering to honour, feel, welcome — and let go of what is ready to transform.

YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH (Tibetan bells, gongs and other ancestral instruments)
Two techniques and two paths of listening and transformation, which together enhance the self-healing processes that each of us can access. During the session, a harmonious synergy will be created where yin yoga practice (conducted at a level accessible to all) will prepare body and mind to receive the beneficial effects of sound vibrations more easily and deeply.
Right from the start and also in the following days we will feel how the circulation of our vital energy will be stimulated and the cells of our body will be purified and regenerated.

Yin yoga is a very introspective style of yoga. One enters a position slowly and gradually and then holds it for a few minutes. This type of practice is inspired by the Taoist principle of Yin and Yang and works on the connective tissue, tendons and joints. It balances the flow of Qi (Prana, Vital Energy) and stimulates the internal organs by working on the body’s energy meridians.
