🌙 Second Women’s Circle – 21 November, 8:15–10:15 p.m.
Knowing and feeling your natural rhythm allows you to live with more balance, to welcome change with fluidity and to feel good in your body and emotions.
Like the moon, we also go through phases: moments of expansion and retreat, of light and quiet.
In the second circle of women, we will explore the theme of lunar cycles, recognising that what happens outside also happens inside us.

🌑 Female cycles as a compass for listening to and embracing change.
🌓 Feeling your own rhythm as a path to wellbeing.
A time to rediscover the body, to listen to oneself and to share through somatic practices, rituals, meditations and workshops.
The circle is part of a series of monthly meetings, but it is also open to those who are participating for the first time or wish to attend a single meeting.
