Yoga in Centro, in the heart of Florence, is a space dedicated to practice and listening, designed for those who want to take care of themselves.

At the centre, you can participate in weekly classes of different styles of yoga, Pilates and postural yoga, as well as themed meetings dedicated to yoga, philosophy and well-being.
