Yoga is a valuable ally for the well-being of the intestine, an organ deeply connected to the nervous system and our overall balance. Stress, emotions, and lifestyles can affect its functioning, while yoga practice can help restore harmony and regularity.
We invite you to a theory and practice workshop, during which we will explore how the gut-brain axis works and how yoga can actively support intestinal well-being.
Through conscious movement, breathing, and relaxation, the practice helps to calm the nervous system, promote natural digestive processes, and develop a deeper awareness of the body.
Comfortable clothing is recommended, and we advise eating a light meal before the session.
