Introduction to the Yogasūtra

The Yogasūtra, a true link between the most ancient and most recent “yoga traditions,” represents a crystal-clear attempt to systematize a method aimed at isolating the spirit from the shackles of discomfort. Through a historical, textual, and doctrinal itinerary, a framework will be proposed aimed at gaining an intimate understanding of the structure of the text and its crucial soteriological characteristics.
