Saturday 4 October, 5.30pm – 7pm: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Saturday, 4 October, from 5.30pm to 7pm
Sound bath and Yin Yoga
with Elisa Guerrini and Monica Gala
On Saturday, 4 October, we invite you to celebrate the beginning of autumn with a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath practice: a gentle and profound journey into inner reflection and purification.
Yin Yoga uses blankets, cushions, and bricks to support the body in the most comfortable positions, allowing the muscles and deep tissues to relax completely. This is combined with the power of sound, using Tibetan bells, gongs, and ancestral instruments that envelop the body and mind. The vibrational energy resonates in the subtle body, amplifying the benefits of both: it releases blockages, harmonises the meridians and promotes deep energetic alignment.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn is the season of the Metal element, of the Lung and Large Intestine meridians. It is a time for letting go, reaping inner rewards, purifying and regaining clarity. The fusion of breath, posture and sound becomes a tool for liberation, a space for introspection and a guide for connecting with your most subtle energy.
This practice is a gentle preparation for autumn energy: it helps you slow down, make space within yourself, let go of what you no longer need and gather the strength you need to face the quieter months. It is an invitation to connect with the rhythm of nature, to listen to your inner depths and to bring awareness and harmony to your days.
It will be a unique moment of introspection, meditation and listening, in which body, mind and spirit find balance through the combination of Yin Yoga and sound vibrations. A fluid practice, gentle and powerful at the same time, suitable for all levels.
