What is Kirtan
Kirtan is the shared practice of chanting mantras: an experience that brings love and peace, calms the mind and promotes deep wellbeing, helping us to rebuild an authentic connection with ourselves and those around us.

Sound bath and Yin Yoga
with Elisa Guerrini and Lorena Vedelago Teacher Anusara Yoga Elements (training 300 hours), Yin Yoga trained with Dhugal Meachem (training 300 hours), Integral Hatha Yoga (training 200 hours), holistic therapist School of the Sacred Feminine with Maria Laura Bonfanti (training ongoing 3rd year)

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style – inspired by the Taoist thought of yin and yang – that works on Qi (vital energy) and its energy channels, called meridians

– Deep practice – the postures are held for a long time in optimal tension to stimulate the connective tissue and calm the mind
– Conscious breathing – slow, relaxed breathing helps to ground the body and promote the release of tension

During this special session, traditional Yin Yoga is combined with a vibrational sound massage

– Harmonic bells
– Planetary gongs

These instruments generate sound waves that

– Deeply relax the muscles
– Eliminate accumulations of tension
– Restore the free flow of Qi
