Yoga Flow with live handpan music

With Marina Kalyani and Licia Agnetta

A creative percussionist and handpan player, Licia works on the connection between rhythm and the body. Her music is designed to interact with movement: sounds and percussion follow the breath, accompany the body, and become a rhythmic guide that flows naturally into Yoga Flow.

The yoga practice will be led by Marina Kalyani, whose experience and presence bring strength and depth to the class. Her Flow is intense, dynamic, and precise, reflecting her positive and stable energy that supports movement and invites listening. It is a practice that vibrates together with the music, where rhythm, breath, and body meet in an authentic dialogue.

Together, sound and movement become a shared practice, a journey in which rhythm, breath, and presence intertwine, opening up a sensory and regenerating space where you can experience Yoga in a new dimension.

Yoga and intestinal disorders

with Nunzia Masiello

Yoga that heals
Yoga for intestinal well-being

Yoga is a valuable ally for the well-being of the intestine, an organ deeply connected to the nervous system and our overall balance. Stress, emotions, and lifestyles can affect its functioning, while yoga practice can help restore harmony and regularity.

We invite you to a theory and practice workshop, during which we will explore how the gut-brain axis works and how yoga can actively support intestinal well-being.

Through conscious movement, breathing, and relaxation, the practice helps to calm the nervous system, promote natural digestive processes, and develop a deeper awareness of the body.

Comfortable clothing is recommended, and we advise eating a light meal before the session.

Sixth circle of women

Spring equinox. Rebirth in the body.

With Elisa Batelli and Lorena

Sixth Circle of Women.

“Spring Equinox. Rebirth in the body.”

In our sixth circle, we celebrate the arrival of spring.

We continue our journey into the body, the womb, and cyclicality, exploring the four menstrual archetypes with particular attention to that of the maiden, which corresponds to spring, rebirth, and a new season beginning.

We will celebrate this moment together with depth, but also lightness, through movement, meditation, contact with others, sharing, and creativity.

We are on a journey, but the circle is always open and you can join even if you have not participated in the previous sessions.

Contribution €20 for members / €25 for non-members

Sound bath Planetary gongs, harmonic bells, and 432 Hz crystal bells

With Elisa Guerrini

Immersion in Sound

Sound Bath

We invite you to a Gong Bath, an experience of deep listening and sound immersion in which the body can completely relax, allowing the sound to promote harmony and realignment without effort.

The vibrations of gongs, Tibetan bells, 432 Hz crystal bells, rain sticks, and other ancestral instruments envelop and penetrate the body, releasing tension and guiding it toward a sense of deep calm.

A sound journey guided by Elisa Guerrini, designed to release energy blocks, allow emotions to flow, and rediscover inner lightness. The crystal bells create a bright and pure sound field that supports energy flow, brings clarity, and promotes a natural and regenerating balance.

An invitation to stop, breathe, and let yourself be carried away by the transformative power of sound, perfect for recharging your batteries before a new week.

Monday, 16 February
8.30 pm -10.30 pm
‘A journey into the womb. The centre of feeling’.

In our fifth circle, we enter the beating heart of the female body: the womb.

The womb is not just the uterus, nor is it an exclusively physical place. It is the space of our feelings, of cyclicality and of personal and ancestral memories. It is home to wounds and joys, births, interruptions, violence, love and life. Listening to it means giving space to what has remained unheard and creating a time of care and transformation, to integrate, give thanks and let life flourish.

We are halfway through the circles and what has emerged in previous meetings is beginning to intertwine: body, cyclicality and womb dialogue, step by step, respecting each woman’s timing.

What we will do:
movement, contact with the body, meditation, visualisations, creativity, sharing and relating with other women.

It is possible to participate even if you have not taken part in previous meetings.

Contribution €20 for subscribers, €25 for non-subscribers.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath with planetary gongs, harmonic bells and 432 Hz crystal bells

With Elisa Guerrini and Lorena

Winter invites us to slow down, to withdraw our energy to protect it and to listen more deeply. Even though nature seems to be asleep, beneath the surface everything is moving silently: a time of gathering, conservation and transformation.

We invite you to a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session with planetary gongs, harmonic bells and 432 Hz crystal bells.
The practice of Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels, is based on static postures held for a long time, which invite deep relaxation: the more you surrender to the position, the more the deep tissues and fascia can relax, allowing the nervous system to gradually calm down.

In this space of stillness, sound vibrations pass through the body more easily. The sound supports release, accompanies the holding of the positions and helps you to embrace the practice effortlessly, encouraging increasingly subtle listening.

A space to slow down, gather yourself and find your centre, where breath and sound meet and accompany the body in a meditative, slow and deeply relaxing experience.

Conference with Diego Manzi. Tantric Yoga.

Followed by: shared dinner.

Indian Tantrism: origins, developments and main doctrines of a complex phenomenon.

What is Tantrism? What are its origins? What are the “Tantric” texts and how are they structured? What were its main developments in India and outside India? Is there a principle of continuity between pre-modern tantric doctrines and so-called neo-tantra? These are just some of the questions we will try to answer by focusing on what we can consider one of the most important philosophical, religious, yogic, linguistic, aesthetic, social and anthropological experiences of Indian thought.
