Saturday, 22 November, 5.30pm–7pm: Gong and crystal bell bath at 432 Hz

Sound bath with crystal bells, gongs and ancestral instruments

Crystal bells, made of pure quartz, emit clear, deep vibrations that resonate with our bodies. Quartz is a very special material: its orderly structure and ability to transmit sound waves in a stable manner make it an ideal tool for relaxation and energy rebalancing.

Our body, composed largely of water and tissues that respond naturally to vibratory stimuli, can easily tune into these frequencies. This is why crystal bells are perceived so intensely: their sound “passes through” the body, generating a feeling of expansion, tranquillity and deep harmonisation.

A harmonious bath with these instruments helps to rebalance the bioenergetic system, promotes deep relaxation and supports the natural processes of inner regeneration. The combination of crystal bowls with the sounds of gongs, Tibetan bells, rain sticks and other ancestral instruments creates a rich, enveloping and transformative soundscape.

The vibrations help the body release tension, lighten the emotional load and rediscover a more natural and harmonious rhythm. It is an experience that invites you to let go, to find inner silence and a feeling of greater presence and lightness.

Treat yourself to a space of quiet and regeneration, guided by the power of sound and the vibratory quality of quartz.

🌙 Second Women’s Circle – 21 November, 8:15–10:15 p.m.

Knowing and feeling your natural rhythm allows you to live with more balance, to welcome change with fluidity and to feel good in your body and emotions.
Like the moon, we also go through phases: moments of expansion and retreat, of light and quiet.

In the second circle of women, we will explore the theme of lunar cycles, recognising that what happens outside also happens inside us.
🌕 The phases of the moon as a mirror of our inner journeys.
🌑 Female cycles as a compass for listening to and embracing change.
🌓 Feeling your own rhythm as a path to wellbeing.

A time to rediscover the body, to listen to oneself and to share through somatic practices, rituals, meditations and workshops.

The circle is part of a series of monthly meetings, but it is also open to those who are participating for the first time or wish to attend a single meeting.

Saturday, 1st November
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Yoga with mindful touch – Ritual of renewal

with Monica and Luciana

Samhain is one of the oldest celebrations in Celtic tradition: the moment when the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds thins. It is time to close a cycle, let go of what is no longer needed and open up to new energy.

This special day becomes a precious opportunity for inner transformation, in which the body, mind and spirit align in a path of purification and rebirth.

In the language of Yoga, it will be a practice of centring, movement and conscious touch, inspired by the energy of Kali — the Goddess of transformation, liberation and renewal. Kali accompanies us in letting go of the old to make room for the new, in harmony with the profound cycles of life.

A ritual where breath, listening and presence merge for an experience of peace, introspection and rebirth.

Limited places — book as soon as possible to guarantee your place.

Women’s Circle – Celebration of the Harvest and Ancestors 🌾

Have you ever heard of Women’s Circles 🌙
In ancient times, women would gather around a fire or a stove to talk, sew, weave threads and words. It was a way to take care of each other, share what was inside them, and support each other in times of transition.

Today, circles allow us to rediscover that deep and authentic bond between women — a bond that has faded but can bring us back to feeling united, understood and no longer alone.
It is a way to break free from the logic of competition and rediscover trust, listening and presence.

The circle on 31st October will be dedicated to the harvest and to our ancestors, in the time of transition between the living and the dead, the saints and memories.
A moment to look at what we have gathered so far, to recognise the gifts received from those who came before us, and to thank the female and male line from which we come.
A gathering to honour, feel, welcome — and let go of what is ready to transform.

🌕 It is an opportunity to
– reconnect with your roots
– honour what you have received and harvested
– let go of what is no longer needed
– nurture strength and trust through sharing

📅 Thursday, 31 October 2025 – 8:15–10:00 p.m.
At Yoga in Centro – Via de’ Marsili 1, Piazza Pitti, Florence

Contribution: €15 for subscribers / €25 for non-subscribers

Elisa and Lorena will be leading the circle.
If you have never participated in a circle and are curious, write to us: we will tell you how it works and how it can help you rediscover lightness and presence through sharing.

Saturday, 11 October
from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm
Innerdance session

Don’t miss the next InnerDance event.

It will be a unique and incredible experience: a journey within yourself, through sound, energy and spontaneous movement.

InnerDance is a practice of inner transformation, inspired by Filipino tradition.

What to expect:

It is not “dance” in the traditional sense, but spontaneous movement that emerges from within, when the mind surrenders and the body lets go.

. We work with specially created sounds and playlists, brain waves, energy, presence and trust: the body may tremble, move, cry, laugh, have visions or deep sensations..

It allows you to release emotional blocks, access hidden parts of the unconscious, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and experience a state of purification and rebirth.

It is like a deep meditative experience that combines science, spirituality, psychology, body and soul.

Leading the session:
Jennifer Pipolo
spiritual coach, performer and “consciousness accelerator”, will be your intuitive guide, able to perceive and stimulate what allows you to awaken your inner truth.

Don’t miss this opportunity to enter into an experience that can truly change your perception of yourself.
We look forward to seeing you there!
